Return Terms
Sales made through our website are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and the provisions of these laws and regulations will apply.
To avoid any issues with returns, please ensure that as our customer, you inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person from the courier company upon receiving the package. Once you sign for the product, it is considered that the courier has successfully completed their duty. In this case, return requests based on damage caused by the courier will not be accepted.
To process returns properly, the customer must inspect the shipment along with the courier at the time of delivery. If there are any cracks, breaks, damage, or crushing of the package or product, the customer must refuse the product and return it without accepting it. Return requests based on damages caused by the courier after receiving the product will not be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 8 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any responsibility and without giving any reason within seven days from the date of receiving the product. Therefore, the customer has the right to return the product within 7 days of receiving it without any justification.
To benefit from the right of withdrawal:
The return must be made within seven (7) days from the delivery date without opening, damaging, or using the product.
Before the return, the customer must notify us via email at [email protected] (this email address is protected against spam bots, and JavaScript must be enabled to view it) about any complaints regarding the product.
To exercise this right, the purchased product must remain undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.
The customer is responsible for returning the product in the same condition it was delivered, and if the product has been used, the customer is responsible for compensating the loss of commercial value.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been produced according to the customer’s special requests or that have been customized.
Return of Defective Products
According to Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law, “Goods that do not meet the specifications mentioned in the promotional and usage manuals or advertisements, or those with material, legal, or economic deficiencies that reduce the benefits the consumer expects from the product, are considered defective.” If the customer reports the defective product within 30 days of delivery, they have the right to return the product, receive a price reduction, exchange the product, or request free repair.
To benefit from the rights related to defective products:
If the product’s characteristics differ from the ones specified in the promotion or if there are deficiencies that reduce the benefits the customer expects, the product is considered defective.
The customer must report the defective product within 30 days.
Before returning the product, the customer must fill out a return request form and notify our authorized personnel. After receiving the approval from our technical department, the customer can send the product back via courier. Approval will be communicated to the customer via phone or email. The return form must be completed, and the product should not be sent before approval.
If a report from a service station, importer, or manufacturer determines that the defect was due to user error, the customer cannot benefit from the return rights.
Return Period: Once the above conditions are met, the refund will be processed within ten days from the date we receive the return or defective product notification.
Shipping Costs:
For returns under the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
For returns of defective products, customers may send the product back with a postage-paid shipping method.
If the product is returned within one week after receiving it and meets the conditions (original packaging, no cracks, breaks, or damage, and all conditions specified in the warranty documents have been fulfilled), we will accept the return without questioning. Any requests made after this period will unfortunately be rejected.
This period does not include the time it takes for the product to reach us. The comparison will be made between the date you made the return request and the date of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and returns must be made via an insured shipping company. Postage-paid shipments will not be accepted; in such cases, the product will be returned to the customer, and the 1-week period will be exceeded, resulting in the rejection of the return.
Once the return is approved, the price of the product, excluding the shipping fee, will be refunded within 1 to 2 weeks.

Our customer representatives will contact you shortly to resolve the issue.
Warranty Information: All products purchased from our website are covered by a warranty. Warranty documents are sent along with the product. If necessary, the required section of the warranty document should be signed and sent back to us to activate the warranty.
If any section of the warranty document needs to be signed and returned, we will send a notification along with an envelope and stamp. Otherwise, no further action is required from the customer.
